Thomas Poley 
Thomas was born about 1513 in Badley, Suffolk, England. Thomas' father was Edmund Poley and his mother was Mirabelle Garneis. His maternal grandparents were John Garneis and Elizabeth Sulyard. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named John, Edmond, Richard, Henry, Elizabeth, Dorothy, Anne, Constance, Margaret, Jane and Mirabelle. He was the second oldest of the twelve children.-
