Richard Poley 
Richard was born about 1517 in Badley, Suffolk, England. Richard's father was Edmund Poley and his mother was Mirabelle Garneis. His maternal grandparents were John Garneis and Elizabeth Sulyard. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named John, Thomas, Edmond, Henry, Elizabeth, Dorothy, Anne, Constance, Margaret, Jane and Mirabelle. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.-
