William Perkins

William was born on October 13th, 1844 in Kentucky.¹ William's father was Stephen Perkins and his mother was Mary (Polly) Underwood. His maternal grandparents were Caleb Underwood and Elizabeth Wardrum. He had five brothers and a sister, named John, Stephen Allen, Pleasant, Caleb, James P. and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 80 on July 15th, 1925 in Larue.¹
