Frank C. was born in 1849 in Kentucky. Frank C.'s father was Gov. James Turner MOREHEAD and his mother was Lavinia Murdoch ESPY. His paternal grandparents were Armistead MOREHEAD Sr. and Elizabeth "Lucy" (Lucy) LATHAM. He had five brothers and a sister, named Josiah Espy, Boanerges, Henry Buford (Blackburn), Albert Hodges, Theodore and Maria. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Robert L., Joseph Clayton, John and Lucy Armistead.General Notes
