Albert Hodges was born on August 22nd, 1852 in Covington, Kenton Co., KY.. Albert Hodges' father was Gov. James Turner MOREHEAD and his mother was Lavinia Murdoch ESPY. His paternal grandparents were Armistead MOREHEAD Sr. and Elizabeth "Lucy" (Lucy) LATHAM. He had five brothers and a sister, named Josiah Espy, Boanerges, Henry Buford (Blackburn), Frank C., Theodore and Maria. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Robert L., Joseph Clayton, John and Lucy Armistead. He died at the age of 69 on January 24th, 1922 in Waco, TX..General Notes
