Nancy was born in 1918 in Lee Co, NC. Nancy's father was Neuma Cleveland Latta and her mother was Mary Roberts. Her maternal grandparents were Ellis Roberts and Nannie Mangum. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Jackson, Numa Cleveland, Billie, Marie and Beatrice.General Notes
