Floyd Edward was born on August 24th, 1942 in Westport, Carroll Co, TN. Floyd Edward's father was William G. Hilliard and his mother was Clara Mae Cary. His maternal grandparents were David Lige Cary and Jane Beulah Blount. He had a half-brother named Willie Leroy. He died at the age of 65 on March 9th, 2008.
