She had six brothers and four sisters, named Oscar, William Albert, John Quincy (Sr), Fred (twin), Edward Byron (twin), Leroy, Louella, Ada Marie, Margaret Mildred and Baby Girl. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 90 on December 26th, 1980 in Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN.General Notes

Family joke:
Jennie applied for a job at Indiana Bell Telephone in 1920. After she was hired as a telephone operator, she was to bashful to take the job. She always laughed about it and said she would have probably been part owner if she had taken it and stayed till she retired.
