Joseph "Joe " Riley Foster 
Joseph "Joe " Riley was born in 1848 in Ky. Joseph "Joe " Riley's father was James Ward Foster and his mother was Susanna Huffman. His paternal grandparents were Bartlett Foster and Susanna Higdon. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Robert Elam, Joseph A, William E, James H, Martha A and Mary Susanna. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died before 1880.-
