Nancy Ellen Colyer 
Nancy Ellen was born on June 1st, 1859 in Cherry Grove Community, Pulaski County, Kentucky.1 Nancy Ellen's father was Lindsey Robert Colyer and her mother was Nancy Jane Richardson. Her paternal grandparents were John Wesley Colyer and Lydia Memes Purvis. She had four brothers and eight sisters, named John Perry, Cyrenius, Robert Lindsey, Samuel A., Lydia Margaret (Liddie), Elizabeth, Paulina Jane (Lina), Lucinda Sophia, Mary Belle, Virginia (Jenne), Lucinda Debora (Lucy) and Alice. She was the sixth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 2 on September 18th, 1861 in Pulaski County, Kentucky.General Notes
