Elizabeth CARPENTER

Elizabeth was born in 1867 in Franklin Co., IL.. Elizabeth's father was William K. CARPENTER and her mother was Rebecca Ann BROWNING. Her maternal grandparents were Gilbert BROWNING and Elizabeth STEELE.
