Katherine Balcom 
Katherine was born in 1672 in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island.1 Katherine's father was Alexander Bolkcom and her mother was Jane Holbrook. Her maternal grandparents were William Holbrook and Elizabeth Pitts. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Alexander, John, Joseph, Samuel, Sarah, Freegift, Lydia, Hannah and Deborah. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 57 in 1729 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts.1 General Notes
