Jesse ANDERSON 
Jesse was born on May 12th, 1902 in Lamar Co. TX. Jesse's father was Robert Carl ANDERSON and his mother was Flora N. DUDLEY. His maternal grandparents were Jesse B. DUDLEY and Ellen CLEMENT. He had six brothers and two sisters, named William, Rufus T., Walter V., Wiley S., Oscar, Clarence, Ellen J. and Sissie M.. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 82 on January 10th, 1985 in Lamar Co. TX. He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Lamar Co. TX.General Notes
An obituary for Jess was in the "Lamar County Echo" Thursday, Jan. 17,1985. It reads as follows:
Funeral services for Jess "Skinner" Anderson, 1025 Connor, were conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Gene Roden's Sons Funeral Home. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Anderson died Thursday, Jan. 10, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
He was born May 12, 1902 in Clardy, a son of Robert Carl and Flora Dudley Anderson. He married Avis Butler on Mrch 23, 1923. He was an orderly at St. Joseph's Hospital, Lamar Medical Center, and Pleasant Grove Hursing Home before retiring. Surviving are his wife, one son, Jerry Anderson of Paris; two daughters, Louise Dalby of Big Spring and Mrs. John (Emma)Pitts of Big Spring; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
