Henry was born about 1784.  Henry's father was Frederick Fraley and his mother was Chloe M. Fraley.  His paternal grandparents were Frederick Fraley and Mary Unknown. He had ten brothers and four sisters, named James, Martin, John, William, Isaac Oliver, Frederick, Benjamin, Thomas, Daniel, Reuben, Mary, Jesse, Nancy and Sarah.  He was the fifth youngest of the fifteen children.
