Elisabeth von Hessen-Kassel

Elisabeth was born in 1596.  Elisabeth's father was Moritz von Hessen-Kassel and her mother was Agnes von Solms-Laubach.  Her paternal grandparents were Wilhelm lV von Hessen-Kassel and Sabine von Wuertemberg. She had three brothers named Otto, Moritz and Wilhelm V Landgraf.  She was the second oldest of the four children. She had seven half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Phillip, Hermann, Moritz, Friedrich, Christian, Ernst, Philipp, Agnes, Juliane, Sabine, Magdalene, Sofie, Christine and Elisabeth.  She died at the age of 29 in 1625.
