Henry De Gaunt 
Henry was born about 1072 in Of, Folkingham, Lincolnshire, England.1 Henry's father was Gilbert von Gand and his mother was Alice von Montfort. His paternal grandparents were Ralph von Gand and Gisele; his maternal grandfather was Hugh von Montfort. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Ralph, Hugh De, Geoffrey, Robert, Gilbert, Walter, De Gant, Felia, Emma, Matilda and Alice. He was the third oldest of the twelve children.1 -
