Elizabeth Putnam 
Elizabeth was born on February 2nd, 1687 in Essex Co, MA. Elizabeth's father was Jonathan Putnam and her mother was Lydia Potter. Her paternal grandparents were John Putnam and Rebecca Prince; her maternal grandparents were Anthony Potter and Elizabeth Stone. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Jonathan, Joshua, Lydia, Ruth and Esther. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 88 in 1775.General Notes

My research into the Salem Witchcraft trials has shown that the Elizabeth
Put nam who married John Porter was not the daughter of Thomas Putnam Jr
and Ann Carr, but the daughter of Thomas's cousin, Jonathan Putnam and
Lydia Potter. This makes more sense as the familyies of Thomas Putnam
and the Porters were rivals during the the witchcraft trials.
