Friedrich V of Leiningen

Friedrich V of was born about 1272 in Alt-Leiningen, Pfalz, Bavaria, Germany.  Friedrich V of's father was Friedrich IV von Leiningen and his mother was Johanne of Sponheim-Kreuznach.  His paternal grandparents are Friedrich III von Leiningen and Adelheid of Habsburg; his maternal grandparents are Simon I of Sponheim and Margarethe von Hengebach. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Gottfried, Emich, Ferriata of, Mathilde of and Agnes of.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died in 1327.  He was buried in Kloster Honingen, Pfalz, Bavaria.
