David M. Hayes 
David M. was born on August 14th, 1728 in Marlborough, Chester County, PA. David M.'s father was William Hayes and his mother was Jane Elizabeth James. His paternal grandparents were Henry Hayes and UNKNOWN Margaret; his maternal grandparents were George James and Ann Woodward. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, William, Mordecai, Thomas, Abraham, Sarah, Hannah and Rachel. He was the second oldest of the nine children.
