Eleanor De Braose 
Eleanor was born in 1230 in Brecon, Breconshire, Wales. Eleanor's father was William De Braose and her mother was Eve Marshall. Her paternal grandfather was Reginald De Braose and her paternal grandmother is Grecia De Briwere; her maternal grandparents were William Marshall and Isabel De Clare. She had four sisters named Isabela, Eva, Maud and Bertha. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 83 on February 20th, 1313 in Llanthony Inn, Gloucestershire, England.General Notes

Married to Humphrey De Bohun.
Humphrey held Hay castle, Huntington castle and borough through the inheri
tance of Eleanor. He was a commander at Lewes and Evesham, where he was ca
ptured. He died on 27 August 1265 at Beeston Castle of wounds sustain
ed at the battle of Evesham and was buried in Combermere, Cheshire.

Evidence has recently (2002) been published that the wife of Theobald De V

rey, it seems most likely that Gilbert is by Humphrey's second wife, Jo
