Janet Bethune

Janet was born in 1464. Janet's father was John Bethune and her mother was Marjory Boswell. Her paternal grandfather was John Bethune and her paternal grandmother is Katherine Stirling; her maternal grandparents were David Boswell and Elizabeth Melville. She had six brothers and four sisters, named David, John, Archibald, Robert, Andrew, James, Margaret, Elizabeth, Isabel and Grissel. She is the sixth oldest of the eleven children.
