Archibald Bethune

Archibald was born about 1462. Archibald's father was John Bethune and his mother was Marjory Boswell. His paternal grandfather was John Bethune and his paternal grandmother is Katherine Stirling; his maternal grandparents were David Boswell and Elizabeth Melville. He had five brothers and five sisters, named David, John, Robert, Andrew, James, Janet, Margaret, Elizabeth, Isabel and Grissel. He is the third oldest of the eleven children.
