Polly Andres was born on January 1st, 1798 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire. Polly Andres' father was Willoughby Colby and her mother is Molly Sargent. Her maternal grandparents were Sterling Sargent and Lydia Coffin. She had a brother named Willoughby. She was the older of the two children. She had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named James, Philip, Hepsebeth, Sarah, Shirley, Mariam, Judith and Sarah. She died at the age of 86 on September 28th, 1884 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.General Notes
An old letter ahe wrote in 1867 shows she had visited son, Jesse Morgan, in Maine.
The Colby line goes back to Anthony Colby who was No. 93 on the church list on Gov. Winthrop's trip to America
