Asa Cobb 
Asa was born on January 22nd, 1844 in Holmes, Crawford County, Ohio. Asa's father was Jedediah Cobb and his mother was Nancy A. Hillard. His maternal grandparents were Peris Hillard and Clarrisa Kimball. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Peris, Elam Jedediah, Clarissa, Charlotte, Rebecca, Lucy, Catharine E., Sarah Jeanette and Nancy Ann. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died before 1910.-
