John Of Birchanger Thurgood 
John Of Birchanger was born in 1522 in Birchanger. John Of Birchanger's father was William Thorowgood and his mother was Joanne UNKNOWN. His paternal grandfather was Geoffrey Thorowgood. He had four brothers named Geoffrey, Thomas, Nicholas and Robert. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 62 in 1584.1 General Notes
