Alexander Bruce 
Alexander was born about 1285 in Carrick, Argyllshire, Scotland. Alexander's father was Robert De Bruce and his mother was Marjorie (Margaret) UNKNOWN. His paternal grandparents were Robert "The Competitor" Bruce and Isabel De Clare; his maternal grandparents were Nicolaus Kennedy and Marjorie (Margaret) Stewart. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Robert, Edward, Nigel (Niel), Thomas, Isabella, Matilda, Margaret, Elizabeth, Margery, Christiana and Mary. He had two half-sisters named Isobel and Juliana. He died on February 9th, 1307 in Carlisle, Cumberland, England.General Notes
