Samuel Nixon 
Samuel was born on May 9th, 1787. Samuel's father was William Nixon and his mother was Yanacha Jane Ayers. His paternal grandparents were Allan Nixon and Catherine Wright; his maternal grandparents were Moses Ayers and Dorcas Cox. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Allen, Moses, John, George, Jacob, Dorcas and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 72 on May 28th, 1859.-
