Moses Nixon 
Moses was born on January 19th, 1774. Moses' father was William Nixon and his mother was Yanacha Jane Ayers. His paternal grandparents were Allan Nixon and Catherine Wright; his maternal grandparents were Moses Ayers and Dorcas Cox. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Allen, John, George, Jacob, Samuel, Dorcas and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 on March 17th, 1854 in Harrison, WV.-
