Jane Hungerfford

Jane was born in 1561 in Down Ampney, Gloucestershire, England.¹ Jane's father was Anthony Hungerford and her mother was Jane Darell. Her paternal grandparents were John Hungerford and Margaret Blount; her maternal grandfather was Edward Darell and her maternal grandmother is Jane Crofts. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John, Edward, Edmund, Mary, Joan, Susan and Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died in 1561 in Longford, Wiltshire, England.¹
