Elisha Newton York 
Elisha Newton was born in 1835. Elisha Newton's father was Jeremiah York and his mother was Margaret Donelson or Dollison?. His paternal grandparents were Seymour (Semore) York and Meriam Beck; his maternal grandparents were William Donaldson and Unknown. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Reverend, John Marion, Joseph Bowens, Martin Van Buren, Cicero C., Adeline, Mary Margaret and Caroline. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John L. and Margaret. He died at the age of 27 on June 27th, 1862 in the Civil War in or near Atlanta, GA. He was buried in Oakland Cemetary, Atlanta, GA.-
