Pepin Carloman of was born in Aachen, Rheinland, Germany. Pepin Carloman of's father was Carolus Magnus and his mother was Hildegarde of Savoy. His paternal grandparents were Pepin III " le Bref" and Bertrada or Berthe II of Laon; his maternal grandparents were Gerold I von Schwaben and Imma von Schwaben. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Ludovico, Pippin the, Charles of, Lothar, Alpais, Bertha and Dhuoda. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Hugues "l'Abbe", Hiltrude and Theodrada. He died in 0813 in at age 37. He was buried in Milano.General Notes
