Esther Hoffman

Esther was born on April 23rd, 1830.  Esther's father was Jacob Hoffman and her mother was Magdalena Stouffer.  Her paternal grandparents were Matthias Hoffman and Mary Hoover. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Matthias, Jacob, John, Eve, Nancy, Mary E., Magdelena, Elizabeth, Leah and Sarah.  She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.  She died at the age of 50 on January 23rd, 1881.

‌Esther and John W. were married in a religious ceremony on November 9th, 1853.
