Phoebe Parker 
Phoebe was born in 1790 in Culpeper, VA, USA.1 Phoebe's father was Elder John Parker and her mother was Sarah White. Her paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Parker and Ann Clayton; her maternal grandmother was Faith Oakman. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Jesse, Daniel, John, Benjamin, Silas Mercer, Mary and Sarah. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 73 on July 23rd, 1863 in Pike, IL, USA.1 -
