it to me to grant him letters of administration of the estate and effec
ts of Margrat Wilkeson, late of this district, dec.d
These are therefore to cite and admonish all and singular the kindred a
nd creditors of the said Wilkeson deceased, that they be and appear befo
re me , in the Court of Ordinary, to be held at my house on Friday next af
ter publication hereof, to shew cause, if any they have, why the said admi
nistration should not be granted.
Given under my hand and seal, this 10th day of December in the year of o
ur Lord one thousand eight hundred and five...and in the 30th year of Amer

Know by all men by these presents,that we URIAH HUBBERT, JEREMIAH HUBBER
T, WILLIAM HUBBERT, of the State & District aforesaid are holden and firm
ly bound unto John Harris, Esquire, ORdinary for the district of Pendlet
on in the full and just sum of Three Thousand Dollars, to be paid to the s
aid John Harris or his Successors, Ordinaries of this District, or to the
ir certain Attorney or Assigns. To which payment will and truly to be mad
e, we bind ourselves, and every of us, our and every of our Heirs, Executo
rs, and Adminstrators, for the whole and in the whole jointly and severall
y, firmly by these presents sealed with our seals, and dated the tenth d
ay of >>>>in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six a
nd in the 30th year of American Independence.
The condition of the above obligation is such, that if the above bound Uri
ah Hubbert, Administrator of the goods, chattels, and credits of Margrat W
ilkeson, State of South Carolina deceased, do make a true and perfect inve
ntory of all and singular Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said decease
d, which have or shall come to the Hands, Possession of Knowledge of the s
aid, Uriah Hubbert.....

rator, being three of the appraisers to appraise the goods and chatte
ls of Margret Wilkinson.
