Joseph was born on September 14th, 1762 in Lancaster, PA, USA.1 Joseph's father was John Baldridge and his mother was Rebecca Clark. His paternal grandparents were William Baldridge and Janette Holmes; his maternal grandfather was William Clark and his maternal grandmother is UNKNOWN Margret.
