Mary Ann Oliver 
Mary Ann was born about 1831 in Salford, Lancashire, England. Mary Ann's father was Thomas Oliver and her mother was Sarah Ashworth. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Oliver and Mrs. Jane Oliver; her maternal grandparents were John Ashworth and Ann Varley. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, Thomas, Joseph, Jane, Hannah, Sarah Ann, Martha and Mary Ann (Twin). She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died about 1833 in Salford.General Notes
