Joseph GILPIN 
Joseph was born on October 21st, 1703 in Birmingham, Chester, PA. Joseph's father was Joseph GILPIN and his mother was Hannah GLOVER. His paternal grandparents were Thomas GILPIN and Joane BARTHOLOMEW; his maternal grandparents were George GLOVER and Alice LAMBOL OR LAMBOLL. He had five brothers and ten sisters, named Samuel, Thomas, George, Isaac, Moses, Rachael, Hannah, Ruth, Lydia, Ann, Sarah, Alice, Alice, Mary and Esther. He was the eighth oldest of the sixteen children. He died at the age of 89 on December 31st, 1792 in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware.General Notes
