Frederick DEVOU 
Frederick was born on September 16th, 1768 in Morrisania, Westchester, New York. Frederick's father was John DEVOE and his mother was Maria DEBEVOICE. His paternal grandparents were Daniel DeVeaux and Margaret Caljer; his maternal grandparents were Carel Debevoise and Eva (Eve) van Voorhees. He had two brothers and nine sisters, named Charles, John Jr., Sarah, Margaret, Anna, Elizabeth, Eve, Effy(Euphemia), Sally (Sarah), Euphemia (Effie) and Anna. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 62 in 1830.General Notes
