Frederick DEVEAUX 
Frederick was born in 1645 in Near Rochelle, Annis, France.1 Frederick's father was Jean Daniel Tourneur and his mother was Jacqueline de PARISIS. His paternal grandfather was Etienne TOURNEUR and his paternal grandmother is Marie Berger; his maternal grandfather is de PARISIS. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Nicholas de, Daniel, Jacques, Daniel de, Jacob de, Jacques, Thomas, Maria (Infant), Magdalena, Marretje, Hester and Marretje. He was the second oldest of the thirteen children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Jacques, Thomas, Maire, Madeline and Hester Terneur.
