Arthur Alfred's father was Ernest Warren and his mother was Gaudy Beatrice Calhoun. His paternal grandparents were Felix Grundy ,Jr. Warren and Elizabeth Jane McGlasson. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Willie Osburn, Douglas Daniel, Offie Albert, Ernest Ennis, Floyd T., Eva Helena, Ida Beatrice and Iva Mae Louise.-
