George Washington ,Jr. was born on October 6th, 1865 in Leon,Decatur Co.,Iowa. George Washington ,Jr.'s father was George Washington Vice and his mother was Mary Barnes. His paternal grandfather is George Vice and his paternal grandmother was Elizabeth Mann. He had a brother and six sisters, named Tillman Andrew, Harriet B., Nancy J., Mary L., Martha Emma, Fannie Elsie and Sarah. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 73 on June 17th, 1939.-
