Fannie Elsie Vice 
Fannie Elsie was born on March 24th, 1871 in Leon,decatur Co.,Iowa. Fannie Elsie's father was George Washington Vice and her mother was Mary Barnes. Her paternal grandfather is George Vice and her paternal grandmother was Elizabeth Mann. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Tillman Andrew, George Washington ,Jr., Harriet B., Nancy J., Mary L., Martha Emma and Sarah. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 55 on January 18th, 1927 in Falls City,Richardson Co.,Nebraska. She was buried in Harris Cemetery,Barada,Nebraska.-
