Martha Underwood

Martha was born in 1822 in Kentucly.  Martha's father was Caleb Underwood and her mother was Elizabeth Mary Wardrum.  Her paternal grandfather was James Underwood and her paternal grandmother is Keziah Unknown. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Abraham Hiram, Younger Richard, James, Joshua, Elizabeth, Mary and Frances.  She was the third youngest of the eight children. She had a half-sister named Parthena.  She died at the age of 42 in 1864 in Taylor Co.,Kentucky.

‌Martha and Warren were married in a religious ceremony on March 11th, 1839 in Green Co.,Kentucky.
