John Richard Underwood 
John Richard was born on March 20th, 1863. John Richard's father was George Terrell Underwood and his mother was Sarah Ellen Kee. His paternal grandparents were Nimrod Terrell Underwood and Sarah Ann Hamilton. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Ninrod, Nimrod Terrell ,Jr., Thurston Alexander, William Arthur, Harrison Culp, Harriet Elizabeth and Ada Rozelle. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 87 on July 5th, 1950.-
