John Logan Underwood 
John Logan was born on January 1st, 1887 in Taylor Co.,Kentucky. John Logan's father was Green Berry Underwood and his mother was Martha Jane Howell. His paternal grandparents were Hiram Underwood and Celia Buley. He had a brother and four sisters, named Alfred Thomas, Rosetta, Mattie Green, Lona Bell and Grance Ann. He was the second youngest of the six children. He had four half-brothers and six half-sisters, named William B., Eli, Green Berry ,Jr., Hiram Jackson, Sarah N., Mary Jane, Elizabeth, Ersley Alley, Celia Betty and Jane. He died at the age of 79 on July 14th, 1966 in Elizabethtown,Hardin Co.,Kentucky. He was buried in Mt. Tabor Church,Larue Co. Kentucky.-
