Arthur Chester Tubbs 
Arthur Chester was born on April 17th, 1908 in Amarillo,Potter Co.,Texas. Arthur Chester's father was Leon Ernest Tubbs and his mother was Nancy Cornelia Johnston. His paternal grandparents are William Tubbs and Caroline Bluff; his maternal grandparents were James Woodall Johnston and Sarah Sophia Harry. He had ten brothers and four sisters, named George Thomas, Albert Jennings, Henry Homer, Omer, Leon Ollie, Lee Ernest, Walter Edward, Alfred, Clyde Ervin, James William, Mamie Ethel, Thelma Elizabeth, Hazel and Beulah May. He was the seventh youngest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 2 on February 27th, 1911 in Amarillo,Potter Co.,Texas.-
