William Perry Skaggs 
William Perry was born in 1816 in Hart Co.,Kentucky. William Perry's father was William Brock Skaggs and his mother is Nancy Wells. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John Calvin, Josiah B., Sarah and Jane. He was the oldest of the five children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Joseph Brock, Dotson Elbert, William Perry, Sarah S. and Jane. He died at the age of 48 on February 17th, 1864 in Clarksville,Johnson Co.,Arkansas.
‌William Perry and Lucinda were married in a religious ceremony on January 23rd, 1838. They had two sons and three daughters, named Willis G., Sidney L., Hester, Angelian and Elizabeth.

Willis G. Skaggs
Willis G. was born on January 6th, 1848 in Kentucky. He died at the age of 53 on August 27th, 1901 in Newton Co.,Arkansas. He was buried in Walnut Cemetery,Newton Co.,Arkansas.
Sidney L. Skaggs
Sidney L. was born on June 6th, 1848 in Green Co.,Kentucky. He died at the age of 66 on March 21st, 1915 in Johnson Co.,Arkansas.
