Sidney L. Skaggs 
Sidney L. was born on June 6th, 1848 in Green Co.,Kentucky. Sidney L.'s father was William Perry Skaggs and his mother is Lucinda Johnson. His paternal grandfather was William Brock Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is Nancy Wells. He had a brother and three sisters, named Willis G., Hester, Angelian and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 66 on March 21st, 1915 in Johnson Co.,Arkansas.General Notes
During the Civil War, William moved his family to Missouri for two years then returned to Arkansas. It is stated that he moved his family to Missouri because he didn't believe in Americans killing one another. The state of Missouri didn't draft for the Civil War and Arkansas did.
Sidney L. and Rebecca Eveline were married in a religious ceremony on September 15th, 1873 in Johnson Co.,Ar.. They had three sons and three daughters, named Brigham Young, Willis G., Benjamin Nicholas, Mary E., Narcissus A. and Lula E..

Narcissus A. Skaggs
Narcissus A. was born in May 1878 in Kentucky. She died at the age of 90 on March 15th, 1969 in Ozone,Arkansas. She was buried in Russell Cemetery,Ozone,Arkansas.
Sidney L. and Rebecca Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on November 19th, 1890 in Johnson Co.,Arkansas. They had a son named Sidney Orville.
