Virginia Skaggs 
Virginia was born in 1849 in Kentucky. Virginia's father was Stephen Pepper Skaggs and her mother was Elizabeth Elkin. Her paternal grandparents are Henry Skaggs and Sarah Pepper. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Alfred Sikes, Thomas Jefferson, James V., Alexander Green, William Henry, Caroline, Mary Jane, Bird Hendrick, Sarah P. and Elizabeth. She is the second youngest of the eleven children.-
