Sarah Ann was born on March 23rd, 1828 in Green Co.,Kentucky. Sarah Ann's father was John Cannon Skaggs and her mother is Lucinda Shofner. Her paternal grandparents are David Skaggs and Margaraet Cannon. She had a brother and a sister, named Benjamin Owen and Jane Rebecca. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 92 on December 21st, 1920 in Eldorado,Oklahoma.-
